World Medicine Supports Wildfire Response
During the forest fires that broke out across our country in the summer of 2021 and lasted for days, World Medicine provided eye drops to the Ministry of Health so that they could be delivered to Provincial Health Directorates and healthcare institutions in the disaster area for use, when needed, by firefighting and rescue teams engaged in the response as well as by citizens affected by the fires.
World Medicine also shared a message on its social media accounts regarding the matter. In its statement, the company said: “Following the forest fires, which were brought under control through intensive efforts, we are aware of the losses suffered both by our nature and by our people. As World Medicine, we will fulfill our responsibility to support the restoration of our forests and the recovery of the damage caused.”
