Support for Tomorrow’s Doctors and Women Leaders
World Medicine aims to help educate the doctors, pharmacists, and women executives of tomorrow through the project it has launched together with TED (Turkish Education Association).
In addition to its sustainability efforts, World Medicine continues to create the necessary foundation for more women to contribute to the Turkish economy by implementing social responsibility projects within the framework of gender equality and equal opportunity.
Shaping its processes, future vision, and strategy around equal opportunity and employee well-being, World Medicine prioritizes women and school-age girls by supporting their development. Within this scope, World Medicine has signed a joint project with the Turkish Education Association (TED) and aims to support female students who are successful in science and mathematics but have limited financial means, in order to help educate the doctors, pharmacists, and women executives of tomorrow. In addition to scholarship support for students admitted to medicine, chemistry, biology, genetics, and pharmacy departments, the company also aims to provide internship opportunities within World Medicine and career opportunities after graduation in line with available positions. In this way, successful female students are supported in building the future they envision in line with their career goals.
